If you aren't receiving the emails you should from Elfster, there are a few steps you can take.
- Add email@example.com email address to your email address book. This tells the inbox that it should expect to receive emails coming from Elfster. Each email provider (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) has a different process for adding email addresses, so please check their specific help documentation for the steps to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
- If you are in an office or school environment, let your IT team know that you are expecting emails from elfster.com and would like to receive them. They can add the domain to the email allow list.
- You can also check your junk mail, bulk mail, or spam folders to see if the message might have ended up there. If emails end up there, you can move them to your Inbox, so that your account learns that you want to see them. For free email accounts, like Gmail, our emails may also arrive in your Updates, Social, or Promotions tab.
- If you still don't see the message, you can ask your organizer to resend your Gift Exchange link. They can even send it to another mailbox if you have an alternate email address.
