Groups let you share Wish Lists with your friends and family outside of Gift Exchanges and allow you to quickly invite the same people any time you organize a Gift Exchange.
Within a Group, you can follow Wish Lists, see when birthdays will be happening, share posts, and begin Gift Exchanges. These Groups can be used over and over for as many awesome Gift Exchanges as you'd like!
To create a Group prior to beginning a Gift Exchange:
- Scroll down to the Groups section on your homepage.
- Click on "+ Start A Group" at the bottom of the Elfster homepage.
- You will be prompted to name your Group.
- After naming your Group, you can either "Start A Gift Exchange" or complete creating the Group by clicking "Skip Exchange."
- Invite friends and family to join your group.
✏️ Note: Groups will be automatically created when you begin a Gift Exchange, and anyone who accepts the invitation to a Gift Exchange will be placed in the Group, so if you're planning to organize a Gift Exchange, start with the Secret Santa Generator to save a step.
