Troubleshooting Verification Codes

If you're not receiving your verification code — or the code just isn’t working — don’t worry! Here are the quickest fixes to try. And remember: you can always reach us through chat (bottom-right corner) or email us at [email protected] for direct help.

To access an Elfster account with a verification code:

  1. Go to the Elfster login page.

  2. Select Sign in with Email

  3. Choose Send verification code.

  4. Enter your email address that you use for your Elfster account

  5. Check your inbox

  6. Enter the code on the login screen to access your account


If the verification email isn’t arriving

  • Check your spam/junk folder — codes sometimes hide like sneaky elves.

  • Search your inbox for “Elfster” or “verification code.”

  • Make sure you entered the correct email on the login screen.

  • Tap Resend Code — it may have gotten lost in transit.

  • Add [email protected] to your contacts to help messages get through.

  • Wait one minute (some email providers are slower than a tired reindeer 🦌💤).

  • Try logging in from a different browser or device.

If the 4 digit code isn’t working

  • Make sure you’re entering the most recent code — older ones expire fast.

  • Copy/paste carefully (no extra spaces).

  • Try typing the code manually.

  • Request a new code and wait for the latest one.

  • Confirm your device’s time/date settings are accurate.

Some email providers are currently applying stricter spam and security filters, which can cause legitimate verification emails to be delayed, blocked, or sent to spam. This may apply to your situation too. If it still won’t cooperate, just reach out — we’ve got you! 💫
