Elf-sized chocolate chip cookies? Sign me up! These are the BEST mini chocolate chip cookies ever!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup shortening 2/3 cup softened butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla | 1 tsp soda 1 tsp salt 3 cups flour
1 bag mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 370º F.
Add the ingredients on the right up to the flour and mix again.
Mix in the mini chocolate chips.
Drop a 1/2 spoonful (so small!) on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 370° F for 4 to 5 minutes or until just barely golden brown on the edges.
Permission to eat more than one!
